What is FitRhythms™:

FitRhythms™ is a revolutionary new workout created by Paulo Mattioli that combines the proven mind/body benefits of group drumming and dance into an exciting and uplifting workout. It is a fun rhythmical workout that anyone can successfully participate in. FitRhythms™ is a non-competitive, non-intimidating fitness program that fosters community, creativity and wellness through he process of group music making.

Who can participate:

FitRhythms™ brilliantly combines the core principles of recreational music making and facilitated movement into a program that all populations can successfully participate in. All that is required is a willingness to share your rhythm, dance and spirit in a way that supports the group experience. There are no steps or rhythms to learn and no performance pressure. It is safe yet challenging for all fitness levels because it is self paced. The benefits of FitRhythms™ enhance participant’s lives on many levels.

Research Proven Effectiveness:

FitRHYTHMS™ burns more calories per minute than cycling hiking, tennis or weight training as proven through independent clinical research conducted by Dr. Barry Bittmann, Director of the Mind/Body Wellness Center.

FitRhythms International Trainings:

FitRhythms has trained over 100 facilitators and trainers coast to coast in the USA, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom and Japan. FitRhythms programs are offered at better fitness centers, hospitals, youth centers, senior centers, schools and universities. FitRhythms is approved by the American Council on Exercise and the two day training offers 16 hours ACE CEC’s.

Scholarships:

For a limited time, FitRhythms is offering training scholarships of up to $2,000.00 to qualified facilitators. Experience in fitness and/or facilitation is a plus but not required. For more details visit our website at:
